1. Welcome to BNS
BNS ('we', 'us') provides an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. By using BNS you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ to create an account. Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Listing items
You may only list items you own and have the right to sell. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal goods, counterfeit products, and anything else we determine unsafe or unlawful.
4. Buying items
Buyers must pay promptly and communicate clearly. Meet in safe public locations for collections. BNS is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller.
5. Fees
Listing on BNS is free. Optional promotion, boosting, and paid features are clearly priced before purchase.
6. Content
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload but grant BNS a licence to display and distribute them to run the marketplace.
7. Termination
We can suspend accounts that break these Terms, laws, or our Community Rules. You can close your account at any time.
8. Liability
BNS is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of BNS after changes means you accept the new Terms.
